From our Terms and Conditions: HURRICANE POLICY. In the event of a pending hurricane (i.e., a hurricane warning is issued by the National Weather Service for an area where a property is located) during any part of the Term, Tenant MUST vacate the Property when instructed to do so by Landlord or its agent Chad Cawley, chad@serenitygardenvillas.com; (305) 542-9198, or other agent hereafter designated by Landlord.
Any unused rent will be refunded, except that the 5% administrative and processing fee will not be refunded and any security deposit will be refunded pursuant to the provisions otherwise stated herein.
It is the sole responsibility of Tenant to secure other lodging or make travel arrangements for an early departure.
Yes, there is unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access at our villas. Bring your own laptop.
We will meet you at the airport, sign in-hand with your name on it. Upon retrieving your luggage and rental car, we will guide you to your villa. If you experience any flight delays, please let us know as soon as you become aware.

You will need a vehicle while staying on St. Croix. We’ve made it easy for you to reserve your car – just click on Centerline Car Rentals, complete the form, and visit the Centerline car window once you arrive at your destination airport. Car rental is strongly recommended as no ride share companies are available in the Virgin Islands for example, Uber or LYFT.
Yes! Serenity Villas offers this convenient service. Simply download the Provisioning List, and fax or email it back to us. We will make sure your villa is stocked with the items you want. Provisions are subject to island grocer availability due to supply.

Spend a day sailing or snorkeling at Buck Island, do some scuba diving, get a massage at your villa, take a guided island tour, horseback ride through the rain forest, hike, dine out at one of our award-winning restaurants, or even get married! As with any vacation location around the world, crime exists on the islands too, although mostly opportunistic in nature. To be safe, be smart. Close and lock all doors and windows of your villa before retiring or leaving for any length of time. If your villa has a safe and/or electronic or manual gate, use it. You are responsible for your villa and its contents during your rental stay. Secure your valuables and avoid bring them to the beach or leaving them in plain site in your car, and don’t forget to lock your car. Be aware of your surroundings and avoid deserted non-resort beaches after dark. Use your common sense, just as you do at home.
Guests often ask whether it’s appropriate to us. Tipping is always discretionary and is entirely your choice to reward extraordinary service.
